Submission Details
How to submit your art
There are two ways to share your art:
1) Google Form (preferred!)
2) Email to [email protected]. Include your name, a little about you and your art. State that you confirm you have the right to share this art, and confirm you’re either 1) 18 or older or 2) the parent/guardian of a minor and give permission for this submission.
Who can submit
This gallery welcomes original work from students, musicians, writers, artists, engineers, teachers, utility crews, seniors, residents of all ages.
- Submit your own work or work created by a family member.
- Your piece doesn’t need to be new or created specifically for Texoma Earth Day 2026.
- If you painted a landscape five years ago, wrote a poem last month or captured a photo this morning that celebrates our connection to the earth, we want to share it!
AI-generated content
AI-generated submissions are accepted. Please share which platform you used (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Suno, DALL-E, etc.), what inspired your creation and relevant details about your prompt or vision. We’re interested in your creative intent.
What we’re looking for
Music and songs
Share recordings as MP3 files or provide links to Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud or other streaming platforms.
Poetry
Submit as PDF, plain text, Word document or voice recording of your own reading. If you’d prefer, we can record a reading on your behalf — but we’d love to hear your voice.
Visual art
Submit photos of physical artwork (paintings, sculptures, mixed media), digital art as JPEG or PNG files, or PDFs of your work. Children’s art is especially welcome — from crayon drawings to photos of dioramas to science experiment displays.
Photography and video
Upload image files directly or share links to YouTube, Vimeo or other video platforms. (No gated content.)
Articles, essays, stories, and long-form writing
Submit as Word or Google document, text file, PDF or link to published work on Medium, Substack or other platforms. If you’d like to provide a voice recording of your own reading, we welcome that — otherwise, we can record a reading on your behalf.
What we can’t accept
No gated content — meaning content that requires a login, password, paid subscription or special access to view. All submissions must be publicly accessible so the entire community can experience your work.
We know Earth Day touches on tough topics — pollution, habitat loss, climate concerns. Your work can absolutely reflect frustration, urgency or calls for change. What we can’t accept is profanity, explicit content, hate speech or personal attacks. Keep your message powerful but accessible for all ages. This is a community gallery that students, families and residents of all ages will visit, so keep it welcoming for everyone.
Submission limits and review
You may submit up to three pieces per submission form. All submissions are reviewed within approximately one week of receipt.
